Who we are:
Smash Koala Club LLC (“Smash Koala” ) provides youth volleyball training, clinics, and team programs in Northern California.Contact: contact@smashkoala.com

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of parents/guardians and players who use our site smashkoala.com, register for programs, or interact with our communications. It also includes notices for California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and children’s privacy (COPPA).

•Parent/Guardian info: name, email, phone, address, emergency contact, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider).
•Player info: name, age, date of birth, grade, height, position/experience, and medical/restriction info (shared by parent/guardian).
•Account/usage info: pages visited, device/browser, IP, cookies.
•Media (optional): photos/videos from practices, clinics, or events — only with consent.
3. How we use information
•Register and manage teams, tryouts, clinics, and schedules.
•Communicate with parents/guardians about updates and safety.
•Process payments and invoices.
•Promote and celebrate club activities (photos/videos with consent).
•We do not sell personal information.
4. When we disclose information
•Service providers: registration, payment, email/SMS systems.
•Event hosts/venues/leagues (e.g., NCVA, city facilities).
•Legal/safety requirements.
5. Children’s privacy (COPPA)
•A parent/guardian must register minors.
•We do not knowingly collect info directly from children under 13 without parental consent.
•Parents can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@smashkoala.com.
